Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GraviLog EMR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

GraviLog EMR is intended for use by licensed OB/GYN practitioners and their authorized clinic staff. You represent that you hold the appropriate medical licensure required in your jurisdiction to provide the care you document in the system.

3. Subscription & Billing

• GraviLog EMR is offered on a monthly ($35/month) or annual ($350/year) subscription basis.
• Free trial periods are offered as described at checkout and may be changed at our discretion for future signups.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle. Use of Paddle's checkout is subject to Paddle's own terms.

4. Practitioner Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of clinical data you enter
• Obtaining any necessary patient consent for data collection and, where applicable, for Momita connectivity
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Complying with all applicable medical recordkeeping and data protection laws in your jurisdiction

5. Not a Substitute for Clinical Judgment

GraviLog EMR is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and does not replace independent clinical judgment.

6. Data Ownership

Patient records entered by a practitioner remain associated with that practitioner's account. GraviLog does not claim ownership of clinical data entered into the platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to GraviLog EMR but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occasionally affect access.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time in the monthly or yearly plan before the next billing cycle, through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraviLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GraviLog EMR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
