- Services: All features, subscriptions, information, AI-generated recommendations or other,
and interactions provided through the App and Website.
- EMR (Electronic Medical Record): A cloud-based system that digitizes and stores medical
records for pregnant women, utilized by healthcare professionals, including OB/GYNs, for
patient monitoring and care.
- The content provided on GraviLog is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute
for professional medical advice.
- Users should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical
decisions.
- The AI-powered features or others, including pregnancy predictions, ultrasound
assessments, and ECG analysis, provide general insights and should not be relied upon for
medical diagnoses or treatments.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older. - It is prohibited to use any of the platform's services, including the app, website, or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. - By using any of GraviLog’s services, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and you bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- GraviLog is committed to protecting user privacy and complying with internationally
recognized data protection standards and best practices, including, but not limited to, the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent applicable to the nature of the platform’s use.
- All data is stored and processed using high-level security technologies, including encryption
and strict access controls.
- Medical and personal information will not be shared with any third party without the user’s
explicit consent, except where required by law or for legitimate medical purposes within
the scope of the platform's services.
- While GraviLog strives to adhere to the highest standards of privacy, the system is not
specifically designed to comply with all aspects of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA). Use of the platform is at the user’s discretion with awareness of
this limitation.
- By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your data in
accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Certain features of GraviLog require a paid subscription.
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription on time.
- Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are only provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their respective app store accounts
(cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle).
- Refunds are subject to the refund policy. Please contact us to request a refund mentioning
the reason.
- For nutrition meal subscriptions and nutritionist online sessions, users will be billed based
on the selected plan and frequency of sessions.
- Users must ensure that payment information is accurate and up-to-date for uninterrupted
access to these services.
- All content, including text, images, trademarks, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property
of GraviLog or its licensed affiliates.
- You may not copy, republish, or distribute any part of the content or services without prior
written permission.
- You may not send offensive, misleading, or illegal content through the service.
- Unauthorized access attempts or tampering with the service are strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms
without prior notice.
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the service if you violate these terms or for
any reason we deem appropriate.
- You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.
- The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied.
- Nutrition Meal Subscriptions: The meal plans provided are designed for general health and
pregnancy nutrition guidance. GraviLog makes no claims regarding specific health
outcomes related to the meal plans, and users should consult a qualified nutritionist (like
the one provided by GraviLog, through “Sessions with a Nutritionist”) or healthcare
provider to ensure the suitability of the meals for their specific health needs.
- Online Nutritionist Sessions: GraviLog offers online consultations with certified
nutritionists. These sessions are intended to provide general advice and guidance, but are
not a substitute for personalized medical advice from your healthcare provider. The
nutritionist’s advice should be considered as a supplement to medical care, not as a
replacement.
- The chatbot and predictive models rely on AI technology. Users acknowledge that
responses may not always be accurate and should not replace professional medical advice.
- Third-party tools, including AI models, analytics providers, or advertisements’ agencies,
may be integrated into GraviLog. Users consent to limited data sharing with such providers
under strict privacy policies.
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information when using GraviLog.
- Users agree not to misuse the App, including engaging in fraudulent activities or
unauthorized data extraction without written approval.
- Healthcare professionals using GraviLog’s EMR system (OB/GYNs) agree to maintain the
confidentiality and security of the medical records accessed through the system.
- The EMR is intended for use in monitoring the health of pregnant women, providing
personalized insights, and improving the efficiency of patient care. All data stored in the
EMR is encrypted and hosted in compliance with privacy laws.
- Users (healthcare professionals) are prohibited from accessing patient data without proper
authorization and must use the EMR in accordance with applicable privacy and data
protection laws.
- GraviLog is not responsible for any misuse of the EMR by healthcare professionals or
unauthorized access to medical data.
- Data Security and Loss: GraviLog employs industry-standard security measures to protect
electronic medical records stored in the EMR system. However, GraviLog is not liable for
any loss, theft, corruption, or unauthorized access to data, including hacking, system
failure, or other events beyond its control.
- Data Backup and Recovery: While GraviLog implements measures to prevent data loss, the
Company is not responsible for any loss of medical records, including due to server
downtime, technical failures, hacking, or other unforeseen events. Users are encouraged to
maintain their own backups of critical medical data.
- GraviLog is not responsible for any breaches of security or unauthorized access to medical
records unless such breaches result directly from GraviLog’s failure to meet its obligations
in securing the data.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraviLog and its affiliates, directors,
employees, agents, licensors, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues (whether
incurred directly or indirectly), or any loss of data, goodwill, usage, or other intangible
losses resulting from:
1) Your use of or inability to use the GraviLog app or website;
2) Reliance on any information or content provided within the app or website,
including content generated using artificial intelligence;
3) Any negative health outcomes resulting from the use of meal plans or online
consultations. Users are advised to seek professional consultation if they have any
concerns or specific health conditions;
4) Any interruption or cessation of data transmission to or from the platform;
5) Any unauthorized access to our servers and/or any medical or personal information
stored therein;
6) Any viruses or malicious software transmitted to or through our services by third
parties;
7) Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result
of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made
available through the platform.
- While GraviLog adheres to the highest security standards and complies with applicable data
protection laws, it does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never overcome
these safeguards or misuse your personal data. GraviLog shall not be held liable for any
security breach or unauthorized access unless it is the direct result of a material failure on
the part of GraviLog to comply with applicable laws or its documented data protection
practices.
These terms shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect
any non-waivable legal rights granted to users under such laws.
- These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
country in which GraviLog’s main headquarters is located.
- Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall be
resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to the competent judicial
authorities.
- The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of GraviLog after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
